Standard rates for psychological services with our licensed psychologists ranges from $200 – $250 per session
*Our licensed psychologists set their own fees, so potential discounts are discussed with them directly.
Psychological Associates
Standard rate for sessions with our Psychological Associates is $150 per session
*Sliding scale discounts may also be available for clients experiencing severe financial hardship who wish to work with one of our Psychological Associates. These potential discounts are approved by our Clinical Supervisory Team.

Do you accept my insurance?
Yes, some of our psychologists do accept some insurance plan!
Some of our psychologists do accept Medicare.
Some of our psychologists do accept United Healthcare / Optum.
Some of our psychologists do accept Aetna.
Can I use my Out-of-Network Benefits?
Yes!
If you have a PPO insurance plan, we can help you get reimbursed by your insurance company, according to your Out-of-Network benefits.
We partner with Reimbursify, which allows us to submit Out-of-Network claims on your behalf. This saves you the hassle of submitting the reimbursement claims on your own.
Insurance reimbursement rates vary based on your specific insurance plan information.
We’ve found that most of our clients with PPO plans are reimbursed between 50% to 70% of each session once they have met their annual deductible.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
A “sliding scale” means that clients with financial hardship can receive discounts on our regular rates.
If you’re interested in services through California Women’s Therapy, but our rates would create a financial hardship, please contact us to discuss further.
